Submit proposals for presenting new Bulgarian short movies
The deadline is 10 March, 2018
Until 10 March, The Red House Centre for Culture and Debate "Andrey Nikolov" is collecting proposals for presenting new Bulgarian short films in the framework of the platform Reverse Angle. The movies will be shown at The Red House in the period April – November 2018.
The Reverse Angle platform began in 2016. It aims to give filmmakers another opportunity to meet a variety of audiences and other cinema professionals, discuss their works and get feedback.
The meetings are held as a discussion club – screenings and discussions with the participation of the authors, a moderator and guest professionals. One event usually presents three films. Each screening is followed by a conversation in which the audience participates.
The entrance is free. The screenings are in Bulgarian, with English subtitles, and the discussions are in Bulgarian. So far, 40 films have been featured by the platform.
Reverse Angle is funded by the Culture Programme of Sofia Municipality for 2016, 2017 and 2018.
