Services
The Red House Centre for Culture and Debate "Andrey Nikolov" offers various services for organizing your events that range from technical support to event concept development and communication. We have our own conference equipment and a team responsible for the arrangement of the spaces and the technical setup. If necessary, we can provide the appliances you do not have. The entire Red House has Internet access (wireless and/ or cable).
Spaces
The Red House is the former home and atelier of the great Bulgarian sculptor Andrey Nikolov. The wonderful building is designed by Ivan Vassilyov from the sketches of the sculptor who was enchanted by the spirit of the Italian urban environment. After the death of Andrey Nikolov in 1959 the house became the property of the Bulgarian state and is now a monument of culture of national importance. At the beginning of this century, the house was given to Foundation Gulliver Clearing House for renovation and for creating a modern public socio-cultural centre. The renovated building became known as the Red House Centre for Culture and Debate "Andrey Nikolov".
Red hall
The Red hall on the ground floor measures 10.75m × 8.75m. It is 7.37m high. It used to be the great atelier of Andrey Nikolov. Light was very important for the sculptor. In the Red Hall, it comes through the large side windows and through the glass ceiling. The hall is equipped with professional lighting and sound and can be used for screenings, performances and conferences. The Red hall can host up to 100 people.
Gulliver hall
Gulliver hall on the ground floor measures 7,70m × 5,55m. Its height is 6,33m. It can host up to 50 people, depending on the arrangement of the chairs. The hall is designed to allow the maximum amount of daylight and is particularly suitable for exhibitions.
Nameless hall
Nameless hall (4.85m × 5.20m) on the ground floor is a transition hall between the Red hall and the ground floor foyer. It is suitable for exhibitions and other activities that accompany events in other Red House spaces.
Pesha Nikolova hall
Pesha Nikolova hall (73,32sq.m) on the second floor has two levels – the first is for the audience and the participants and the second is an auxiliary space. The hall can accommodate up to 85 people, depending on the location of the chairs. The hall provides access to the wonderful sky terrace just above the Red hall, which provides excellent conditions for outdoor cocktail receptions in the warm season.
The yard
The Red House yard (180sq.m.) is suitable for hosting independent outdoor events or accompanying events like catering, etc.
Pricing for event organization
Organizations from the non-government sector receive a 30% discount. All prices are in BGN and do not include VAT.
Pricing for technical equipment and support

Pricing for developing an overall event concept
Organizations from the non-government sector recieve a 30% discount. All prices are in BGN and do not include VAT.
The price is 800 BGN without VAT and includes developing the entire event concept – programme, lecturers, guests, contacts, communication support.
